Meet Dr Howard Cohn
MY GREATEST BLESSINGS
I did not meet my amazing wife, Dr. Christine, until I was 37 years old. We met on a ranch in Montana attending a retreat for Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), a life changing healing art that we both practice at CHI. When we laid eyes on each other I believe we both knew, our search was over. I could not do all that I do without her endless love, support, and patience. She is my best friend, an incredible doctor, an amazing mother, and my true love. Spending time with Christine is one of the things I enjoy most in my life.
One of the greatest blessings of my life was becoming a father. Blessed with two extremely bright and beautiful daughters, Alexa and Kailee, I get to take part in their journey on this planet. Being self-employed and a voracious traveler has allowed me to be there for a lot of their youth and to show them a world outside the bubble of Newport Coast, California. Spending personal and playtime with my girls as well as stoking the fire of their inner entrepreneur is one of my favorite things to do in the world.
BIGGEST ASSET IN MY CAREER
I truly believe that growing up with three sisters and no brothers has been an incredible asset in my career. I am so fortunate to be extremely close in my adult life with my three awesome sisters, Ilene, Linda and Donna. Ilene, My eldest sister, has been my rock. She is one of the handful of attorneys that I actually like. She is brilliant and articulate and has always been their for all of us. Linda Cohn, also older but younger than Ilene is the famous sister. Being an ESPN Sportscenter anchor for over 2 decades now has been a trailblazer for the family. Donna, my younger sister, the chef and news writer is perhaps the strongest of us all. I love them all and am blessed to call them family.
ENJOYING THE GAME
Hockey is my all time favorite sport. The feeling I get lacing up the skates and hitting the ice is indescribable. Its got all the elements for me; grit, competition, exercise, teamwork, aggression, speed and focus. Off the ice I’m a diehard New York Ranger fan and enjoy seeing games at Madison Square Garden as well as arenas around North America. When I’m at the rink, I enjoy racquetball, tennis, and hitting the gym.
